• We will gladly refund all full-priced items if you are not happy with your purchase. 
• Items must be returned and received within 14 days of receiving your order. Acceptable return Items received after the 14-day grace period will receive a store credit and may incur restocking fees. 
• After 30 days of receipt, returns will not be accepted.
• Items returned must be in their original state—new, never worn, and include original boxes, tags, and/or special packaging. 
• Exchanges can be made only if the item is still available.
• Customers may opt for full store credit instead of a refund. 
• Local customers may visit the 805 Highland store location during regular business hours for returns and exchanges.
• For sanitary reasons, all earrings and headwear are final sale items and cannot be returned.
• Please note all sale items are final sale. Returns will not be accepted on sale items.
• Shipping charges incurred for all returns made are at the customer’s expense.

Once a return is received, all products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund or store credit. The refund may take 7-14 business days to process from the date of return receipt. 

805 Highland reserves the right to deny a return based on the following criteria: used items, soiled, worn, damaged beyond manufacturer product specifications, have any form of excessive hair, perfume, or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
